Well, I must tell you that I’m not easily impressed. However, not only was I impressed with the quality and look of my shades, but more so by the high level of product knowledge and friendly service provided. I feel very fortunate to have chosen your company to provide my window shades.

I had other companies provide estimates, but this company offered a diverse range of products for a better price. Service from the initial contact was timely and professional. Louise arrived very prepared. She thoroughly reviewed all options for custom coverings and made some wonderful suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and brought many samples to get a better visual of what would work best. I was quite pleased with the service and the product offered. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

We recently had our entire house outfitted with shutters from Made in the Shade. Louise assisted us throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with.
